POOR Experience

This set came from Overstock without enough of the hardware to assemble. Overstock refused to send us the parts we needed so we can't put it together. It was shipped in UPHA boxes so while Overstock isn't sending us the hardware it was never in the UPHA box to begin with. Not sure if anyone at UPHA reads these but if you do your partner (or you if you refused to send the hardware) need some work in the customer service department. By the way it took 10 days to even hear that they wouldn't ship the parts.

Terrible at customer support

Quality product aside from one piece not fitting correctly (the screw holes didn't line up) tried to get in touch with the company was near impossible. Part LZ Middle Sofa Side Part M3 does not fit, it was not manufactured correct. Send the part and this review would be higher. Oh and "chat with us" doesn't seem to help unless you have the order number. This was purchased at Lowe's so there is no order number

Nice patio furniture

We ordered this set through Home Depot and had it delivered to our home. It came in 3 boxes with each box containing it's own hardware kit to assemble. One box was missing the hardware so I could not get the entire sectional put together and could only use the main sofa. Home Depot was no help at all obtaining the missing hardware kit and we were finally directed to the manufacturer/distributor. We got excellent customer service from them and with just a couple of emails back and forth we received the missing hardware within 10 days all the way from China! The sectional itself is good quality and sturdy, just a couple of wicker strands were broken but they aren't really even noticeable. The cushions are fairly thin but comfortable and the material they're covered in is highly water repellent if the sectional is exposed to rain.
Overall, this was a good purchase compared to the prices and quality of similar products and I would recommend the UPHA 7-piece patio sectional. We are enjoying the use of our new patio furniture, thank you!

Sectional All weather Sofa

* A good quality sectional all weather sofa set for outdoor or indoor(I am using in basemen) use.
* Each sofa is separate and can be used independently or you can use it together. No support is required from other pieces.
* You can set these as per your need, Manual comes with some setup ideas.
* Very well knitted together and no loose string on any of the sofa.
* Each sofa piece comes with 2 cushions. 1 for back and 1 for sitting.
* Weather proof and Water proof cover on each cusion.
* All cushions are very soft and comfortable to sit on.
* Frame is made up of metal and coated to avoid any rust. Stong frame and will be good for 300lbs weight on the single sofa.
* Setup takes around 2 hours. I did it alone so it took around 2hours but if you have a helping hand it may take around 80-90 mins.
* Easy to clean. Wash with a water hose or wipe with wet tissues.
* Very lightweight and easy to move.
* This comes in 3 boxes. You can open 1 box and assemble it. Comes with all tools and few extra screws.
