Heater came in a wellconstructed box, which is important since the transport of any product online is subject to the ordered item being handled in a manner where box damage is a challenge. For example, our box was delivered with several torn openings due its being shipped. Fortunately the Heater was well packed, so it didn't receive any damage. The construction of the Heater is of good quality. It was easy to put together, and I would suggest two people be involved with the construction due to various pieces needed to be held in place as the other person works with adjusting the placement of screws, etc. Our heater, once construction, produced an ignition with any issues. Note: I did receive an email from the company with a file to show how to work with the first ignition, if there was an issue with lighting it the first time. That was a nice Customer Service touch!
